We are a group of project management technicians in the Algarve, Portugal experienced in providing a variety of building-related services, including the management of new construction projects, renovations, remodeling, demolition, and other types of construction alterations and improvements.

We manage all phases of construction and building renovation, including the development of architectural and engineering plans, to ensure that every phase of the job is carried out in accordance with both regional and national building codes.

During the Conceptual Development stage, the goal is to determine and document the most effective strategy to adopt in order to reach the project's objectives. This strategy becomes the project's Scope Statement.

During the next stage, the Statement of Work is established, delineating the necessary work activities, their detailed requirements and costs, standard regulatory terms and conditions for successful completion.

Finally, the Scope Reporting stage is crucial in monitoring and documenting progress and maintaining continuity and success in every area of the project.
