At Tecnonexe - Office of Architecture and Civil Engineering we provide solutions that meet the needs and desires of our customers all over Algarve and Lisbon area.

Our approach, driven by the customer expectation, takes into account the specificity of context. Over the last 2 decades, our team has been delivering projects that reflect the local particularities of the Algarve, meet the state of the art and respect the climatic conditions, cultural and legal procedures.

We push the boundaries of architecture, design and engineering. Each one of our projects results of an intense work developed by multidisciplinary teams composed of architects, engineers and designers.

Our interest in nature, history and art is reflected in our architectural vocabulary and in the way we create functional and beautiful architecture.

We are inspired by Vitruvius, the Roman architect and engineer that asserted in his book De architectura that a structure must exhibit the three qualities of firmitas, utilitas, venustas - that is, it must be solid, useful, beautiful.

We also respect the postulates of Robert Venturi, who remarked the richness of architecture with its complexity, diversity and contradiction; and we like to consider ourselves followers of Bruno Zevi, who recognized the importance of living spaces and the integration of building with the surrounding space.

Our work is varied and includes many constructions, commercial buildings, private housing, public utilities all over Algarve and Lisbon area. We respect tradition but we are compromised with innovation and we like to move forward with new challenges.
